5. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
5.2 Limited Licence
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Dokaran grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use platform content for your personal educational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, modify, or create derivative works.
5.3 User-Submitted Content

We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or remove any seminar, course, or piece of content at any time without notice. Scheduling information is subject to change.
6.3 Participation Standards
When participating in discussions or live seminars, you agree to engage respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict any participant who violates community standards or these terms.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Access to certain seminars or features may require payment. All fees are displayed on the platform prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the indicated amount using your selected payment method.
7.2 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
7.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, digital products and accessed course content are non-refundable once delivery has commenced.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@dokaran.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your licence to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability clauses.
