4. Trademarks
The name Dokaran, the associated logo, and any product or service names used in connection with the platform are trademarks or service marks of Dokaran. Nothing in this policy or on the platform grants any right or licence to use these marks without prior written permission.
You must not use any Dokaran trademark in a way that is likely to cause confusion, imply endorsement, or misrepresent any affiliation with Dokaran.
5. User-Submitted Content
5.1 Your Ownership
You retain ownership of any original content you submit, upload, or contribute to the platform, including discussion posts, assignments, feedback, and portfolio materials.
5.2 Licence Granted to Dokaran
By submitting content to the platform, you grant Dokaran a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your submitted content solely as necessary to operate and improve the platform and deliver educational services to you and other users.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit:
- Is your original work or that you hold all necessary rights to submit it
- Does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Does not include unlicensed copyrighted material, including photographs, illustrations, or text owned by others
